OxiBet Loyalty Levels and Rewards
The OxiBet loyalty programme is connected directly to player activity. Membership begins automatically after registration, and qualifying wagers generate Loyalty Points that move the account through a 26-level progression system.
Joining the programme
There is no separate application for the loyalty programme. A newly registered account starts at the Beginner level and begins collecting points through qualifying play.
Loyalty progress is recorded automatically, so players do not need to activate points before each session.
How Loyalty Points are earned
The basic calculation is straightforward: every $1 wagered earns 1 Loyalty Point (LP), or the equivalent value in another supported currency.
Qualifying wagers made with both real-money and bonus balances can generate Loyalty Points.
Point requirements increase as the account progresses through higher levels.
Progressing to the next level
When the required number of Loyalty Points has been reached, the account moves to the next level automatically. The new status is reflected in the player area, and the relevant level reward is credited where applicable.
Progress through the programme is based on qualifying wagering rather than deposits or the size of an account balance.

Beginner and Bronze
Beginner
Beginner is the starting point for every newly created account. No separate enrolment is necessary. Cashback, birthday rewards and higher-tier VIP benefits are not available at this initial stage.
Bronze 1–5
Bronze contains five levels. Level rewards range from $1 to $15, while the tier provides 3% cashback. Birthday rewards begin at Bronze 4.
Silver status
Silver consists of five additional levels. Milestone rewards range from $20 to $150, with 4% cashback.
Birthday rewards within Silver range from $5 to $25, depending on the individual level.
Gold status
Gold introduces additional VIP account benefits alongside higher financial rewards.

Cashback linked to loyalty status
Weekly cashback is calculated from qualifying casino activity and credited automatically every Friday at 13:00 UTC.
The calculation used for the reward is: (Bets − Winnings − Bonuses) × Cashback Rate.
Cashback begins at 3% in Bronze and can increase to 10% at the highest Diamond levels.
VIP account assistance
A dedicated VIP manager becomes available from the Gold tier. This provides a direct account contact for eligible VIP players and can be used for general account matters, withdrawals and other service-related questions.
Platinum and Diamond levels retain this benefit as part of their higher-tier status.
Higher limits and VIP activities
From Gold onward, accounts may receive higher withdrawal limits and access to selected tournaments and Quests reserved for eligible VIP levels.
Platinum and Diamond status can provide further increases in account limits and access to higher-tier VIP activities.
Fair use of Loyalty Points
Loyalty Points are intended to reflect ordinary qualifying play. Betting patterns designed mainly to accumulate points with little or no genuine exposure may be reviewed as manipulation of the loyalty system.
Where programme abuse is identified, OxiBet may adjust Loyalty Points, remove programme benefits, restrict an account or take other action permitted under the applicable terms.

Can my loyalty level expire if I stop playing?

Does using bonus money change the LP rate?
